A Kempsey man was arrested on Thursday afternoon for the alleged theft of $13,500 worth of protein milk powder.
Four bags of the powder were allegedly taken from the Smithtown factory early Sunday morning.
The 35 year old was charged and granted bail to appear in Kempsey local court on the 14th of November, 2016.
