Eighty-six motorists have tested positive to using drugs behind the wheel and nineteen were charged with drink driving on the North Coast over the weekend.
It comes after a heavy vehicle driver, was charged with mid-range drink driving on the M1 at Chinderah.
He’ll face court in the New Year.
