A man will face court after a crash on the far north coast last month which resulted in another man having his leg amputated.
On the morning of December 12, a Subaru Impreza and a Hyosung motorbike collided on Bentley Road in Tuncester near Lismore.
A 22-year-old male motorcyclist was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. The man has since had his right leg amputated.
The 24-year-old male driver of the Subaru has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and overtaking when unsafe.
He will face court on Monday, February 13.
