Close to 67,000 people across the Northern Rivers were without power this afternoon.
Residents in Lismore, Ballina, Lennox Head and Mullumbimby were affected for about half an hour, by a system fault at Transgrid’s high-voltage substation in Lismore.
Meanwhile, Essential Energy has today been able to restore power to those who’ve been without power since Sunday’s storm.
