BEST OF THE BEST COMPETE AT TAEKWONDO CHAMPS IN FORSTER

130 Taekwondo competitors will go toe-to-toe on the mid north coast this weekend.

The Forster State Championship is an invitation-only event that draws students and masters from across New South Wales.

Developed by seventh-dan international blackbelt, Fay Shacklock, it’s designed to showcase the best of the best.

This year, top competitors from New Zealand’s North Island will also take part.

The event kicks off at Forster Campus Hall at 8am on Saturday.
