INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED AFTER MAN DIES WHILST IN CARE AT BYRON CENTRAL HOSPITAL

It’s been revealed a man with down syndrome has died from a suspected case of hypothermia, while receiving treatment at Byron Central Hospital.

It comes less than a year after an inquest was launched into the death of a woman in a mental health unit in Lismore.
