CAMPAIGN CONTINUES FOR AUSTIN CURTIN AS STATE ELECTION DRAWS NEAR

With just under two months left until the state election, candidates are hitting the campaign trail around the Northern Rivers.

Nationals hopeful Austin Curtin is looking to throw his hat in the ring following the resignation of long-standing Lismore MP Thomas George.

Mr Curtin says he’s determined to listen to the community, after the party scraped back in 2015 – nearly unseated by the Greens.

“Look there’s no doubt after the last election it’s all up in the air, so we’ve got to continue to work hard.”
