Police have found the vehicle used in a fatal hit-and-run in Nimbin.
Officers seized the car for forensic examination, after discovering it in parkland yesterday afternoon.
A 62-year-old woman was struck and killed on Cecil Street on Monday night – her male partner was injured and is now in a stable condition.
Police are still searching for the driver.
