Central Coast apprentices experiencing hardships, can apply for financial help, through a state government scholarship.
The Bert Evans scheme provides first year apprentices with up-to $15,000, to help them complete their training.
It’s hoped the funding will encourage apprentices to see through careers as tradesmen and women.
Applications are open until July 19.
