A Northern Rivers man accused of stalking will face court for a second time on Friday.
Just after 6 o’clock Thursday morning, police arrested the 39-year old at a unit in Lismore Heights over the alleged intimidation of a woman and her eight year old daughter over several months.
He was charged with two counts of stalk/intimidate with intent to cause fear of physical or mental harm.
Officers searched the property, where they allegedly found clothing and maps of the area.
He was refused bail on Thursday to reappear at Lismore Court on Friday.
