Police have seized guns and cash after a dramatic arrest in the carpark of Bunnings Byron Bay this morning.
Heavily armed police swooped on a 44-year-old man – taking him to Byron Bay Police Station for questioning.
His arrest was part of an ongoing investigation into the supply of illegal firearms.
Officers also searched a Kingscliff home – seizing computers and storage devices.
No charges have been laid.
