A police officer has been charged with traffic offences that he allegedly committed while on-duty back in March.
The 46-year-old sergeant has been issued a Court Attendance Notice for negligent driving, including driving at speed and in a dangerous manner following a pursuit on the M1.
He’s due to appear at Byron Bay Local Court in October.
