The Lismore Library has received a facelift, and today showed off its almost $200,000 dollar upgrade.
Local member Janelle Saffin says while the renovation was important, she’d like to see more done.
“I love what I call the Lismore Library, but it needs a lot more love, and it needs that with dollars – and that really will need to come from the state government at some point,” she said.
New features of the library include a castle for children, new book shelving and upgraded service desks.
