LOCAL CHARITY DONATES $100,000 FOR PALLIATIVE CARE ACROSS NORTH COAST

Local charity ‘Jodie’s Inspiration’ has today donated $80,000 to the Northern NSW Local Health District to improve palliative care services on the Far North Coast.
Chair of the organisation, Jesse Smith, also announced $20,000 for the St Vincent’s Hospital – saying the money will help patients from Ballina to Bonalbo and Kyogle to the Richmond Valley.
“I sincerely thank everyone who has got behind our cause in the last five years to make today possible,” Jodie’s Inspiration Chair Jesse Smith said.
“It’s donations like today that added that quality and comfort that we just can’t in this point in time,” Northern NSW LHD Chief Executive, Wayne Jones, added.
