MAN CHARGED OVER 2013 MURDER OF DENNIS DALTON REMAINS BEHIND BARS

The man accused of murdering Far North Coast resident Dennis Dalton has made another brief appearance in court.

Clinton Williams was charged in November last year over the 29-year-old’s death.

Police allege he struck Mr Dalton with a baseball bat during a street fight in 2013 – his wounds proving fatal.

39-year-old Williams appeared in Lismore Local Court yesterday where he was again refused bail, to return to court next month.
