The Manning Alliance is hosting a series of workshops for residents who may be affected by TransGrid’s proposed electricity upgrade.
The $100-million project would see a high voltage powerline established between Stroud and Lansdowne, as well as a new substation.
Starting Monday, 15 workshops will be held over the next two weeks at the Manning Alliance headquarters in Wingham.
They’ll cater for small groups and will focus on land holder rights.
