COMMUNITY HALLS SET TO GET A BOOST IN THE CLARENCE VALLEY

Community halls in the Clarence Valley will
get some much needed TLC with Federal Member for Page announcing $2.4 million for upgrades.
The funding has been granted through the Black Summer Bushfire Grants.
“Very important community centres, especially when we have times of stress and people need to congregate somewhere. It’s going to be about refurbishment and making them safer places.” said Kevin Hogan.
While in the Clarence Valley Kevin Hogan also visited the Nymboida Canoeing Centre, to see the progress on a new Volunteer Hub supporting the community after the 2019 bushfires.
