POLICE REAPPEAL TO THE PUBLIC FOR INFORMATION FOLLOWING CHINDERAH PEDESTRIAN FATAL

Police are re-appealling for public information after a pedestrian was killed on a major highway.

Just after midnight on the first of May, a 19-year-old man was hit by two vehicles on the M1 highway at Chinderah.

Police are asking anyone with information or dash cam footage of the area from April 30 to May 1 to come forward.

Drivers who used the road between Chinderah Service Centre to Barneys Point Bridge at the time, are also urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
