The Tweed Byron and Richmond Police District have wrapped up a high visibility operation targeting alcohol and drug driving across Northern New South Wales.
Police allege 16 people were caught drink-driving, and five were caught drug-driving on Friday and Saturday last week.
A further 35 traffic infringement notices were issued.
