A shocking new survey has revealed a high prevalence of workplace stress at Southern Cross University.
The data – released by the National Tertiary Education Union – found 80 percent of staff at the institution say they regularly experience ‘psychosocial hazards’.
Meanwhile, 63 percent rated the workplace culture as ‘negative’ or ‘extremely negative’.
The Union says it’s pushing the University to negotiate improvements to both job security and workloads.
