A babysitter, charged over a fatal car crash near Casino last year, which killed the young daughter of a local policeman, will front a committal hearing before Christmas.
Courteney Matthews is facing dangerous driving charges, stemming from the incident.
She was excused from appearing in Lismore Local Court this morning, where the committal date was set.
The matter returns to court on the 20th of December.
