Product recall for Kabana sausage in Northern NSW and Queensland over undeclared allergen

A small goods product has been recalled from supermarkets in Queensland due to an undeclared allergen.

The recall includes Gotzinger Wood Smoked Kabana, 400g, for sale at Woolworths, IGA and Drakes stores in Queensland and northern New South Wales, with a use by date of May 12, 2023.

Cheese kranskies, which contain milk, were incorrectly placed in the kabana packaging and may be unsuitable for people with a milk intolerance or allergy.

Consumers can return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
