WERRIS CREEK WATER LEVEL RESTRICTIONS LOWEST SEEN IN YEARS

Water restrictions at Werris Creek are set to ease, with Quipolly Dam levels currently sitting at 65 percent of its new full capacity.
Liverpool Plains Shire Council today announced restrictions will drop to the lowest levels seen in years.
The move brings Werris Creek into line with Shire’s other water supplies, as well as those living in Tamworth and Attunga – which will see Permanent Water Conservation Measures come into effect from Saturday.
