MARINE RESCUE URGES BOATIES TO STAY OFF THE WATER

‘Stay off the water’ – that’s the message to North Coast boaties over the coming days.

Marine Rescue drone footage captured from the Richmond River shows why – a large amount of debris has ended up in the water following heavy rainfall and flooding.

Up at the Tweed, the conditions are similar with an airline passenger capturing a photo of the murky water before landing at the Gold Coast Airport.
