A man accused of murdering Byron Bay businessman John ‘Jack’ Garda in 2010 has told a Supreme Court jury, his brother committed the crime.
40-year-old Kevin Purtill also denied prosecution claims that Mr Garda’s death was connected to a cocaine drug deal.
