Byron Shire Council will decide this week, if it will approve a development application for a KFC outlet in the town.
Council staff have recommended it be rejected, claiming there isn’t ‘sufficent parking’ at the proposed Johnson Street location.
Council’s received two submissions supporting the development and 347 opposing it.
