Lismore Base Hospital launched TOP 5 today.
Aimed at the aging population the initiative has been introduced so staff have a better understanding of their patients.
“Identifies five strategies that the carer or the family can share with us about the patient, particularly those patients that have a memory loss or have some confusion, so we’re talking mostly patients with dementia.”
