Police are investigating a drive-by shooting at The Entrance overnight.
A 41-year-old man was walking along Ashton Avenue at about eight o’clock, before a white HiAce van slowed next to him.
A man from the passenger side then leant out of the window with a rifle and shot him in the foot.
He was taken to Gosford Hospital for treatment.
