Architects and Lismore Council have spent the last two months refining the design of the long-awaited Lismore Regional Gallery.
Among the changes are a larger covered area over a northern facing courtyard and the relocation of several offices.
The final development application for the 5.8 million dollar project, will be submitted to the Joint Regional Planning Panel within the next fortnight.
