Wollongbar’s Progress Association is asking Ballina Shire Council to consider re-locating the proposed Plateau Drive Skatepark.
The group fear the park, to be built close to homes, will become a haven for anti-social behaviour and negatively impact on nearby residents.
They’re now asking Ballina Shire council to move the skatepark to the new Wollongbar Sportsgrounds.
