Jurors in the district court trial of North Coast Priest John Patrick Casey, have retired to consider their verdict.
Casey, a Catholic Priest and police chaplain, is accused of sexually assaulting three young boys during the 1980’s.
Now in his 60’s, he’s pleaded not guilty to 27 charges.
The trial’s been running in Lismore for the last 5 weeks.
