A woman is receiving treatment for serious injuries after falling from an outlook at Duranbah Beach.
Emergency crews, including the Queensland Air Rescue chopper, responded shortly before midday.
The victim, aged in her 20s, was flown to Brisbane’s Princess Alexandra Hospital.
