North Coast National Show Grand Parade to honour rescue organisations

Local rescue and volunteer services from around the region gathered yesterday at Lismore’s show grounds to plan for their grand parade at this year’s North Coast National Show.

The parade will be a tribute to flood affected people in the Northern Rivers – and a chance for flood survivors to say thank you to organisations such as police rescue, and the SES.

Anyone involved in the tinny army during the floods is also encouraged to join in the parade.
